Arthur Joseph Lipton is a veteran real estate developer, owner, broker, and consultant with more than 47 years of experience across residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate. Throughout his career, he has led projects from land acquisition and entitlement through construction, leasing, refinancing, stabilization, and disposition, navigating multiple economic cycles with disciplined judgment and long-term perspective.

His experience spans Manhattan multifamily and commercial high-rise development, suburban land and subdivision projects, single-family construction, and large-scale commercial initiatives. He has negotiated and managed thousands of leases and worked closely with architects, engineers, contractors, financial institutions, and international partners across diverse markets.

A defining chapter of his career was serving as a partner in the development and global marketing of the 740,000-square-foot International Gem Tower in Midtown Manhattan. During the 2008 financial crisis, he played a key role in relaunching and presenting the project internationally, reinforcing the importance of structure, resilience, and long-term thinking in real estate leadership.
